Once the guest and the luggage is safely installed in the Limousine 5 Star has refreshments to enjoy during the journey and if needed can contact our concierge department to help with hotel and restaurant bookings where necessary.
Departures:
5 Star will keep in touch with guests departing from London airports: Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, Luton or City of London and will inform you of any delays or changes.
We will liaise with guests to ensure that we collect guests at the optimum time – we can remain flexible in the face of delays. At the right time, we ensure that you and your luggage are delivered to the check-in (and for those not travelling light) we have a folding Luggage trolley available.
